Due to post-illness brain fog, I forgot to mention my brother-in-law Jim who came to my rescue and drove me to A&E in the middle of the night when I wasn’t feeling well last week.
I am so grateful to him for staying with me for 5 hours while I got checked out.

Nice work Jim! It's important to have someone with you at all times when you are around doctors. They are murderers.
Jim is a diamond. You need the reassurance of someone being with you at such times especially as we cannot trust the medical profession.
