Appreciate the bit about trying to speak other languages. Even in your own language, sometimes you can look back and see you’ve made an error, and wonder if it’s because the subject matter is difficult, painful. I find that with Covid and other ‘truth movement’ stuff now, and agree with trying to find beauty and light.
Merci beaucoup, Abi pour la Marseillaise and all the history around le 14 juillet!! What you described about the National Theatre reminded me of these signs I saw in an art gallery recently, eg this one under a Turner painting: 'In 2022, Just Stop Oil protestors glued their hands to the frame of this painting to protest against the burning of fossil fuels. Climate change is predicted to be the most significant driver of population displacement in the near future'. Or this other one, under a representation of Noa's Ark: 'Let's recognise that floods will come due to man-made climate change, and let's get everyone - EVERYONE - into a metaphorical ark'. 😅 Every second painting seemed to have a reference to 'climate change' or slavery some woke thing or other... 🙄
Thanks Abi and for also sending me WhatsApp messages. I really appreciate it 💙
Thanks also to Jules, Natalie and those who’ve been kind and helping me through.

Oh, I bet your Midazolam Matt song wasn’t featured in their production 😂.
That quack Rachel Clarke probably was the star of the show, no doubt.

Thinking of you Trudi. So awful to have to go through this. Xxxx

Sending love and strength to Trudi at this very sad time ❤️🙏
A brilliant and passionate summary of how those predictable wokie establishments, like The National Theatre, think!🤣👍
