Censorship and Digital ID has no place in a free society

Thanks to our good friend and fearless warrior, ExcessDeathsAU, it’s come to my attention that Substack has bent the knee to the relentless internet censorship using age restriction as an excuse to get folk to verify their identity for the digital ID ‘papers please’ bullshit. Yesterday, there was an instance where someone who has a gift subscription was not able to comment on a recent post about a film I had reviewed.

So, it is with a very heavy, angry heart that after nearly four years, I am announcing the end of Abi Daily on Substack.. I have paused all paid subscriptions, I’m looking for other platforms and will be archiving all my articles.

I’m making a short speech at the non-compliance Digital ID rally in London tomorrow. I hope eyes will be opened, and that my ankle holds out.
