Off to a meeting but quick comment on the authority thing. God is the grounds of our being so his authority is of a unique order. But also in conscience, we are born with a built in moral compass but it also needs training. God is not the problem but often the church is, either with the wrong doings of the priests over the years and more recently shutting the doors of the churches during the fake pandemic when people really needed them. Psychopaths don’t have a moral compass and so many of them are in government and positions of power.
I’v come to the conclusion that the left who believe themselves to be more superior in education to everyone else don’t even recognise that they are fascist and Marxists.
Their superiority lends themselves to be incapable of questioning or debating anything they push or believe in to be anything other than true or perfect.
These people are so radicalised that they don’t even realise they have, anyone who doesn’t agree or challenges the little world they live in automatically demonised, shouted down and accused of being far right.
They’ve become the new witch hunters with anyone daring to to speak on government overstepping boundaries and immigration problems and they turn into the Witch Hunter finder character.
Simple things such infrastructure structure crumbling under the strain, lack of housing thanks to legal and illegal immigration’s melts their brains to shouting so the childish insults are thrown classing concerned citizens labelling them as racists and bigots.
They’ve done a complete upturn giving even Starmer a run for his money as the left were the freedom fighters who fought for liberation from government overstepping and less nanny state. Now they shut down or cancel those who don’t agree with the scummy agenda to steal the publics voice.
PPS sorry for a third comment, Abi, but your comments today are resonating with me so much. I could not agree more about the moral compass. You can feel it in your gut. I think that human beings’ innate ability to know right from wrong is evidence of God. That’s it. I’ll shut up now!!
Increasingly I believe that animals also have a conscience. This shouldn't undermine belief in God, far from it, but it goes against the doctrine that people are unique in that respect.
I remember what happened to you last year, Abi. It was absolutely awful. And some people claim there is no two-tier policing. I agree that more and more people are waking up. Better late than never.
I listened to a shortened version of the Tucker Carlson interview in Australia, he completely owned that left wing journalist. Having said that I believe that Tucker Carlson is controlled opposition like so many. Russell Brand and the Tate brothers are in that category too.

I’ve followed him and his writing for several years and his spiritual awakening and conversion from green-themed paganism to the Orthodox faith has been humbling and uplifting to see. He is taking on the ‘machine’ via the Christian spiritual route and has attracted a huge following on here who contribute in the most enlightening and encouraging way.
We need to arm ourselves for the spiritual battle and The Abbey of Misrule certainly lights the path.
