Ian Owen I had a mother of one of my son’s primary school friends come in the chippy where I work last week.
She’s a lovely woman and I asked if everyone was keeping well and what Ethan was doing now. With a serious look on her face, she then announced her wasn’t called Ethan anymore, he is non binary and changed his name to Ben.
Without even thinking I blurted out that I didn’t get it, she went onto explain that Ethan was his male gender assigned name and he didn’t identify with it.
She then went on to talk about they, them had dumped uni in his first year and was now working at McDonald’s, he’d left home and gone to live with his father and she hadn’t seen him since boxing.
When I told my son when I came home, he was wtf, he hasn’t even chosen a gender neutral name and has just jumped on the bandwagon.
My son is 18, him and his friends are not buying this crap and madness.
He’s adamant that men should not be in women’s spaces just because they put a frock on and identify as a woman. Women deserve to feel and be safe and a rooster should not be roaming among them freely.
He’s not playing along with their delusions, he says it’s crazy batshit some of the stuff that they try to pass off as been interesting or acceptable.
It must really bring clown world home when it hits you directly in that way 🤯. I've not directly encountered in any such way any of the mentally disturbed attention seeking alphabet crowd, long may that continue 🥴.
Maybe Ben took inspiration from super-woke Ben & Jerry's 😅

Hi Will I grew up watching minder the original one with George Cole Dennis Waterman yes it Is very funny. I don't have much family left but thoes that I do have are all vacined up to the eyeballs & just think I'm a bit stupid for not believing that the government has our best interests at heart, my cousin visited recently she can't handle her drink & when we were chatting about stuff kept saying this "this is way above OUR pay scale" several times , like I'm too fucken stupid to talk about anything she's such a smart arse( she's a teacher ) it really wound me up I couldn't sleep ended up necking couple diazepan at about 2 in morning when you have family staying in your house & they can make u feel shit we used to be close but now have just nothing I'm common, she watches bbc & sky news say no more !
