Abi, welcome back my lovely, good to hear your voice. So glad you had a wonderful long weekend with your family in Cumbria. It doesn’t make up for not having a proper holiday though. May be take another trip to a Greek island, I would highly recommend Lefkada.

Although not a great fan of Toby Young I have joined the Free Speech Union. I’m concerned that so many people are being arrested for posting hurty words on FB & Twitter and even for re-posting someone else’s tweet. We have no freedom of speech now under Starmer’s communist regime. The FSU will arrange for a criminal lawyer for anyone who is a member and gets their collar felt by the Stasi. We are truly living in terrible times. At least we have our faith, no one can take that from us ❤️🌞🍸🍹

I went away to Durham to spend some time with family.

It was Benjamin’s 30th birthday on Saturday and they didn’t want me to be on my own.

My brother took me to York crematorium and I laid flowers at his resting place.

Thinking that Benjamin should’ve been here to celebrate his special birthday breaks me.

I must say thankyou to Jules,Lisa and everyone else who messaged me on his birthday.

It meant the world to me that you took the time to think of me when going through your own shit times.

So happy to hear from you Abs, I did email you and spoke to the Jules yesterday. I don’t sew and knit either 😉 in fact I have to build up to sewing a button back on ! Much love Suze xx ❤️

Ps in real life news I find myself still in Coroner’s Inquiry 19 months to the day exactly since Nick died. This never ending negligence case has taken its toll on me so I know exactly what you mean when you say you have to take a step back occasionally. I am not backing down it’s against all my principles with this case.. to be continued x

Send much love Suzanne. My Bill died in May. Still haven't got cause of death. It must be so hard for you. 19 month's. How horrible for you.❤

Well Abi - you're the only one for me, although I'm so tempted to tweet or X. Musky is definitely part of the game, so I'm resisting. I cannot abide seeing people seemingly glued to their mobiles but there's always the temptation to look and see what has captured their attention to the exclusion of all else. And that's the problem - curiosity and not wanting to be left out.

As far as I'm aware I was the first to call the new PM Sir Fear Harmer and, at the expense of being thought arrogant, it's still my favourite.

Never mind Badgers, I'm thinking of starting a save the Beaver campaign. I certainly haven't seen one for ages.

Hi Abi, i'm just back from walking the Norfolk coastal path from Brancaster to Wells next the sea with the dog. Great for clearing the head. I bumped into a young couple who noticed my UK Column T shirt, they said had been to a couple of their rallies, we all agreed it's very important to get out into nature and enjoy life. Sending hugs x

Hi Barry, the coastal path sounds idyllic. I should do more of that as it definitely makes a difference. Wind in the hair, salt air on the skin. Great that you met a couple who know UK Column. There's many more of us now than a few years ago. It gives me hope.

Thanks for the JD and coke – really kind of you. X

PS what breed of dog do you have?

I bought him from a farm in Wales as a collie but several people have remarked that he looks part saluki, they could be right as his limbs are longer and he has a flamboyant tail 😂 He's great fun and a life saver really since i lost my Steph to cancer two years ago. Ps i'll send you a couple of pic's of him via Messenger.

Yayyy your back Abi. Yes I agree with you all the doom and gloom news. Everything that's been going on and the government are fixated about the cost of Oasis tickets. You couldn't make this up. Just been reading that the government are not ruling out stopping the 25% discount on single people paying council tax. So potentially for and old person winter fuel allowance gone, gas and electric cap going up 10% and losing their 25% discount on council tax, its going to be a triple whammy for them. It's going to get to the point where people will just stop paying bills

Hello Marie

I'm in the fortunate position of being able to afford the extra 25%, plus the extra they'll charge when re banding. I've been trying my best to spread the word that 'you will own nothing and be happy' is the goal.

I came from a true working class background and worked long hours in my own, very small, business just to be in the position I am now. But - make no mistake - they won't be happy until I too own nothing. So maybe next time people will bother to vote because Reform's contract was a real alternative and they might just be our only hope.

I’m just back from 5 days in Achill Island with my tinfoil hat mates. Seaswimming, walks, wine. Only rang my Mum and my daughter once and listened to half a delingpole podcast. Didn’t even use my phone for photos. Read books. Talked to strangers and had the craic. Sick to death of the phone crap and everyone morphing into Scrollys

Enjoyed that Abi - really missed your pods. I detect a change in your voice - like you're holding back slightly - self preservation perhaps. I too have great difficulty watching this nightmare unfold whilst half of social media bangs on about oasis. As one conspiracy theory after another becomes true I find myself shocked even though I believed the theory. It's a kind of "shit, they're actually going through with this evil" feeling. Recent examples are the eat bugs propaganda and the Irish teacher persecuted for refusing to join in the alphabet Mafia lie. Anyway, look after yourself and thanks again x

Yes.It's that new (since 2020 anyway) Autumn feeling where 'they' like to bring in something to frightening us for the Winter.I've cut down on lots of alternative media people now who can be depressing. I'm sticking to people who end with a bit of a solution....

Hi Abs was just thinking about you. Keep your chin up. I have seen a lot of disappointing energy from Australians lately - losing their fight, lots of fear. Basically very scared and low energy. I counteracted this by writing an article about the confidence to resist and spiritual bravery: https://vicparkpetition.substack.com/p/confidence-to-resist-australian-department

I am not running - Jesus didn't flee into the forest with canned goods - he knew what Time it was! Lots of love xxx

Glad your back Abi. Look after yourself.

Went to a beautiful place in Somerset.

One tree farm. Beautiful humans. Trying to become self sufficient farm. Home educating kids. Well looked after animals. They are doing what most of us dream. They are looking for co owners. It was a no brainer for me.

Follow them on Instagram Debbie, and they are inspiration. What they have accomplished in just a year is amazing.

So good to have you back Abi. You are totally right to prioritise yourself and your health. I've been trying to only follow people on SM that are uplifting. There is too much darkness and deep rabbit holes to go down, and nothing positive to find down there.

Good to have you back Abi.No wonder you wanted a break!I couldn't do what you do as it would be on my mind all the time about what to talk about, can't let people down etc.Far too full on!

I agree with you about social media. It's what's made the younger generation so confused and have serioys anxiety.I'm only on Facebook and Substack but they are enough for me!

Ken sounds like a great people person and the ideal manicure man 👌

Welcome back Abi, that was lovely meandering chat. Social Media sucks. Suck Here Starminator totally sucks. Ditched smartphones years back but the sneaky feckers have us forced onto them for even just 2Factor Authorisation for Online purchases. Grrrr.... Part of their digital trap to soon CBDC and Vax Passes return, such as Portugal now trialling for the EU', which of course means every country will say "Well they're doing it! So we'd best too!". So predictable.

Great you took a break :) Not personally had a holiday since a charitable visit to Gambia distributing Solar Cookers, and educating 5 Village Groups in such use and a Kotu local Christian/Muslim School we sponsored kids in. That was back in 2011 lol, so a good holiday is needed one day.

On the Badger Badger Badger topic (sorry for that Earworm ;)), I am lucky enough to have a family of 3 Badgers I feed nightly from my lounge window, which faces some Woodland, along with 15 Foxes from various generations I've watched grow and come and go. Sometimes from horrible accidents, and they'd come for a last meal to die on a full stomach. The badgers are cool though, as almost blind and deaf it seems, so you can easily watch them from open window and UV torch and they almost no idea you are there. Kinda fun.

Namaste & Inlake'ech

P.S Keep on socking it to them Abi, as this agenda is truly evil and Starmer Stasi is ramping it all up, just as predicted.
