Hope you start to feel better soon Abs and regarding twatter, I don’t blame you.

I came off in July and I won’t go back, it’s an absolute pile of wank.

I only joined in 2021, so no idea what it was like beforehand.

I’ve found some fabulous people on there and it served a purpose at the time.

Anything important, our Jules will keep me updated.

Look after yourself and sending much love

Your fellow gobby bird 😂💖

Sorry you have been so unwell. As you say it does offer an opportunity to step off the hamster wheel to reflect and adjust direction. The work you do has real, life-changing value. It has a depth that greatly exceeds a series of one line gags - which you also deliver particularly well as it happens. It must be energy sapping which unsurprisingly might leave you susceptible to wintery lurgies. Do, please, look after yourself. We need you! Let me know if there is anything I can do. Seriously.

Poor Abi! xxx It's live flu spray season - done in all schools in Nov and Dec - it's the time of year when people are likely to get ill in a way they never used to however hard they try to be healthy. Don't be hard on yourself about a less than perfect lifestyle causing illness - we are being attacked from every angle. It is very hard to stay healthy whatever we do (especially maybe in London). There's the toxic water, food, air as well as the man-made "viruses" (ie toxins/poisons) that can be shed onto us even if we don't take jabs.

But take heart angel, and try to see your current illness as your body doing what it must do to detox you from all this. Every single cough or nose blow is bringing up a bit of poison that should not be in you (that could otherwise cause chronic illness).

I am sure you are trying everything but lots of Epsom salt baths with eucalyptus (also steaming like this) and cooking with coconut oil, gargling with salt water, and nettle and dandelion teas all really help me when coughing. Also try lying on your tummy over the bed or sofa and hanging off the end so that your top half is upside down. Then cough (after steaming and having a hot drink) - this helps a lot to get it all up without inflaming your lungs etc (I learned this trick when I had pneumonia and three cracked ribs!!) xxxx

I was just cooking and cleaning in the kitchen and had to add, we are also fighting the toxic dish washer tabs, washing powder/conditioner, hair shampoo/conditioner, cookware, plastic stuff, the poisons they coat sofas, carpets and mattresses in, toxic materials in bedding and clothes. etc etc. I used to try to avoid all these and more but doing so can drive you mad and is also very expensive and inconvenient when we are all so pushed for time! It's not easy at all. xxx

A friend of mine was fearful of everything in the local supermarket. She gave up all meat, dairy, alcohol and washing powders etc.She died aged 70yrs in 2012 of a sudden terrible diagnosis.Motor Neurone disease! It doesn't pay to give up all pleasures

Poor thing - stress is such a big one for disease too so while we do need to take the toxins etc seriously, we have to strike a balance, which is the hard part! I forgot to mention that we all live in an EMF soup these days too - we can't see it but it is there of course otherwise our wireless devices wouldn't work. I have taken to breeding spider plants to try to mitigate it! A nice thing to do anyway.

I met a guy today at my local RNLA station at the harbour. I’m researching for a play about the descimation of Ireland’s fishing industry. I knocked on the door. Windy, bleak, nobody about until about to give up the wooden door opened. We talked for an hour, about everything. He said for the last 6 months he’s so happy because he’s stopped all social media. He gave up TV years ago and he’s happy in his bubble going to work ignoring the circus and having time with his family. We both agreed we can’t make people see ‘it’ and taking back our time and using it wisely. And maybe us lot are Timetravellers. I’m getting such a buzz coming across fellow timetravellers in random places daily. Our bodies getting snotty and sneezy is a clean out of all this crap we’ve been trying to hold on to. Exciting times learning from the master of the universe with various new downloads

Sorry to hear you’ve been poorly Abs. Plenty of rest, plenty of fluids, real life contact with real life people and if you’re not up to that then Columbo will always be there for you.

Here's hoping that you're on the mend soon, Abi. Subscribed to Mumsnet in March 2020, innocently assuming that they'd be a critical source of info. in combatting the mainstream press's vague & misleading pre-'pandemic' articles. Cunty snitches had me immediately banned for questioning the authenticity of the slowly unravelling conspiracy. Joined Twatter immediately after that & was relieved to find dozens of like-minded souls discussing the blooming madness & sharing links to actual scientists & inquisitive healthcare professionals. It served its purpose very well for a couple of years, keeping many fellow resisters' spirits & humour up, but ultimately became an unhealthily sedentary time-soak. Haven't signed into it since needing to rescue my mother's abandoned garden in '23.

What the bastards don't want is a discussion they can't control i.e. not on the internet and Alexa can fuck off. I still have dreams of, either by placing an ad. in the local paper or, by word of mouth, starting a non formal social group to question everything we are told as fact, but seems dodgy, and invite friends, or friends of friends, who work in these fields to give us their take on who is propagating and enforcing the control protocols. It would be the discussion group equivalent of 70's cheese and wine/fondue parties although the only swapping would be ideas, not car keys. Mind you I'll have to be quick, otherwise we'd all have to live within 15 minutes of each other.

About thirty years ago, a girlfriend helped cure a heavy 'flu' with a similar concoction. She also included a cinnamon quill & a tot of brandy. Bedbound & feeling really shitty lasted less than twenty four hours, no doubt hastened by a decent immune system!

Abi!

I am not sure if you are already doing this, but one of my beautiful readers put me on to nebulising. After a lifetime of good lung health, not knowing what the big deal was with d'covid (never even getting a sniffle), whatever I had in July this year fucked me up big time (bacterial pneumonia most likely).

*not medical advice FFS

In any case, my issue was anger. It was poisoning me. God Bless and stay in prayer. Lots of love and be seeing you.

Bless you Abi. Hope you feel better soon.

We live in a toxic soup - its a wonder we're not all 6ft under already. Hear great things about Bone Broth helping recovery. Its great for your immune system. Holland & Barrett sell them - look for an organic one.

Think we need to return to eating like our grandparents. More natural, fresh food and steer away from all the junk they are putting into the food chain. Similarly to move away from all the synthetic materials that seem to be in everything, and back to cotton and wool.

If you haven't already, maybe take a look at Caroline Coram's work - she's on Twitter obvs, but also on Insta and does something called the Boom Review. Interesting what she has to say and worth considering, particularly her recent stuff about the excesses of Calcium being put into all flour-based products and its potential harm.

Hope you are feeling better in every way real soon Abi. Rest, good quality fresh food, Vit C & Zinc, Quercetin, magnesium, Vit D. Also for me Ivermectin as soon as symptoms start and plenty of fluids of course.

Twitter can be a cesspit and the number of obnoxious people I have to block has increased recently. I largely use Twitter as a source of info from reliable sources as I don’t watch the news or read newspapers.

Abi, get well soon, sending prayers your way.

As for Twitter, I post on it, but I am so shaddowbanned no one sees anything I write.

I opened up a 2nd account, and searching my main account was hidden, and replies to tweets from my primary account didnt even show at all when viewing from the 2nd account.

I do find it useful to get my news and whats going on, as I dont trust the MSM obvs lol

At least on Twitter you can can useful info and stuff on whats going on.

The world is very grim right now, Labour are hammering home the WEFs great reset hard.

Still we must never give up, and keep resisting everything we can.

Find ways to avoid tax, legally or illegally, scan the system if you can, dont comply to anything.

Or just emigrate to somewhere less WEF friendly and be done with rotting shithole of a country like my SOL and family have done in August lol

Good to read your musings. Was on Twatter from 15-21 and strangely how me and my recently wedded wife met in early 18. Twatter was good for winding people up but after Convid I couldn’t keep reading the nonsense/lies and departed. What do I miss about it? Absolutely fuck all!

Hi Abi, I hope you, very soon, feel better. I've had the lurgy for a week and it hasn't quite gone. Talking of gone (see what I did there) I finally had the time, and inclination, to watch Gone with the Wind all he way through. The words 'wind' and 'through' have had more than their usual relevance over the last couple of days but I digress. In my ignorance, I had no idea, until watching the film, what the term 'carpetbaggers' meant although Reg Reeves, Serf Fear Harmer et al. must qualify.
