I’m glad that you had such an uplifting time at the gallery today Abi. I must look into Gary Bunt, I’ve never heard of him. I love art but not modern art, the Tate Modern leaves me cold. I am a Pre-Raphaelites fan and have many framed prints in my home, mainly Sir Lawrence Alma Tadema.
Abi, I just discovered you (through Delingpole). Bunt, Strauss and Faith, I couldn't ask for more. Thank you. Check out his painting "The Sign" - what looks like a Morris Minor estate, and a sign post cleverly made into an Orthodox cross. As a 67 year old and recently received into the Orthodox church Blunt's paintings take me back to the Britain I grew up in. Thank you for sharing him with us.
Loved loved loved your story of the exhibition and discovering Bunt's work Abi. Thank you for sharing. x
I looked him up, found a piece relevant to how I was feeling and sent a message to someone special with a screenshot of one of his paintings and the accompanying poem.
The Giving Tree (that you mentioned is a feature in one of Bunt's paintings) is an interesting book by Shel Silverstein detailing the story of a boy's relationship with a tree over many years. I feel sure you'd find it thought provoking.
Gorgeous music from Strauss with Jesse Norman to finish too.
A beautiful and sad podcast. Will look up Gary Bunt.
A terrible and very common story about the two funerals for sudden heart attack deaths.I'm so glad that I listened and believed Delores Cahill's predictions on cytokine storms and heart failure, with the new mRNA technology, before they rolled out those first mRNA 'vaccines'.
Hi all, can anyone direct me to the Abi pod where she reads out Natalie’s letter regarding her daughter and her promise to protect her from the state? It was quite a while ago but I remember it vividly and wanted to re listen, cheers my dears x
