I sat on my balcony listening tonight, had a few odd looks from neighbours as I burst out laughing at various bits.

Im glad you enjoyed going to church today, shame about the ridiculous passion of christ production, what a cringe fest.

I watched King of Kings today, after treating myself to some tulips ( from Benjamin)💐

Wishing you and everyone here a happy Easter and hope you all have a lovely one.

What a fucking shitshow at passion of Christ, it’s all just so disheartening but on Good Friday, you’re right there’s nothing sacred anymore. I’m surprised they didn’t bring on the trannies 🤣🌈 (I just made myself laugh typing that😃) Excellent work with the T shirt today and your fantastic natural breasts 😜 Thanks for the prayers, that is really so sweet you pray for the Substackers 🙏

We have a normie birthday party tomorrow, dreading putting a face on and chatting shit for hours.....I’m struggling with it so much now,I really am,I just don’t to be around them,it’s exhausting and boring. We hardly do anything anymore if we can get out of it.

Mr Jules shaved his beard off today and his chin seems to have disappeared. 😩😂

Happy Easter weekend all,see you all on Tuesday. Xx

Mr Jules... wtf have you done? Now renamed the chinless wonder😂😂😂

Enjoy the party 😬🐣🐣

I hope you have had a lovely Easter Jules, well there is still one day left to get fucked up😂

They have even hijacked The Passion of Christ. I guess we should be surprised at nothing in these times. It’s wonderful that Abi prays for the SubStack family. We need all the prayers we can get!

I hope you survived the family birthday bash. I avoid any of those gatherings where possible as my extended family are all living on a different planet to me.

Jan,everything is so bizarre.

Mum had a lovely 80th birthday wknd thank you, which was the main aim. She wore a tiara all night and said she felt like a Queen 💖 It was difficult being around some people but I had Mr J and the kids who were a great support and one of my nephews who I don’t see very often told me he was un jabbed which was a highlight,so we had one more team Jules member of the family 😂 Hope you guys have had a nice Easter and sending much love to you xx

I’m glad your mum had a wonderful 80th, so deserving of a tiara🤗

Finding an unjabbed nephew, definitely a highlight xx💖

It was a highlight,he’s not really awake but whilst all his pals were giving him grief about not getting on a lads holiday,he stood firm,it just didn’t make sense to him,it’s still a win....proud Aunty 😀

Expand full comment

Definitely a win Auntie Jules👍

My ex friends all laughed at me as they proudly took the clot shot and went abroad on holiday. They even posted pics of themselves on FB with their little 💉cards😳

Now they are all sick to one degree or another while I am healthy🤞and I have been abroad twice since all restrictions were lifted. I wouldn’t travel anywhere that required a PCR or masks.

Same here Jan,that was a massive issue for me and i was prepared never to go abroad again....’friends’ happily showed their v passes without a thought and still don’t understand how incredibly wrong it is.

Yeah it’s tough. This is why we seek out like minded because I can’t even have a laugh with these people for the most part anymore....just have nothing to say to them.....it very much is an alternate universe we are living in and hard to straddle the old one. X

Expand full comment

Agree. I have nothing in common with these people. They won’t even admit that they have been duped. They think that 15 min cities, net zero and Digital ID won’t really change their lives 😳 I don’t even want to engage with people who think this way.

They say once the ‘first’ anniversary’s are over it’s easier but I’m not sure about that, just different. I hope you try and enjoy your Easter and all of the memories of your mum.

Don’t be daft! I’m just weird. I’ve always had this thing about 6’s 🤪 2’s and 8’s work for me. Fancy being such a dick about a number!! Make your own luck lovely Lisa, tell yourself YOU are the business and you WILL succeed. We all root for you in here because you deserve it xxx

The only thing i am superstitious about is something my late nan always used to say that “ never wash( laundry) on New Year’s day or you will wash one of ur relatives away” i always stick to that one as do my kids. Yeah i am trying to succeed at staying as healthy as i can be in the circumstances atm,had more reiki and have been using a rife machine this week, so far 2 nights i have been tired ready for bed which has rarely happened this past 3 years so 🤞to see if it does anything longterm 🙏🏻xx

So glad you had the Bob t shirt on full display, that should make them think a bit. Probably the most profound trip Nick and I took in 2016 was to Jerusalem. I was asked to read a piece from the Bible in the Garden of Gethsemane, very surreal moment, if Jesus had appeared it would have felt perfectly normal. Then we went to the Wailing wall, and walked the route Jesus carried the cross. Definitely something that will stay with me forever. Have a lovely Easter you lovely people. Keep telling the truth Abi and remember good things come to good people x love Suzanne 🤍🐣

Happy Easter Abi. You looked fab in the church in that T-shirt. “Stand Firm” is my favourite cartoon of Bob’s, so powerful.

Much Love to you xx💖

Hi Abi, loved your account of the man in yellow trousers doing the Good Friday reading like he was ordering from the takeaway menu of his local Chinese 😅 Have a lovely Easter weekend x

I have visions of Abi striding down the naive with that t-shirt on 🤣🤣🤣. Totally agree about the church muscling into politics. I'm surprised they didn't have a Zelensky lookalike carrying the cross, being a martyr for his country and all..😏...A church down the road from me has a big Ukraine flag draped on the fence outside it 🙄. I go to a fairly traditional church that hasn't meddled with the text too much. Jules I hope you got through the birthday party. You never know who you might meet at those things and don't feel you have to shut yourself away. It is Easter Sunday 0554am here now. I love youse all and wish you all a blessed and happy Easter. If any of you get the chance watch the Delingpod with Alistair Williams. It's so good 👍 Have a great break Abi with your loved ones xo

Well I’ve had a banging prosecco head all day 😩 it went ok thanks Alannah and stayed longer than I expected. They are lovely kind people and fantastic hosts, known them for 23 yrs.....makes me feel bad for not wanting to go. Lots of nurses there who I managed to give a few truth bombs to (didn’t take much prosecco for me to break every rule I gave myself before I went!) 2 of whom was were fairly receptive and completely know they were propagandised....but they show no anger and no inclination to dig deeper. Nice touch to the evening was a bagpiper who played Scotland the brave (oh how we laughed) and Happy Birthday up and down the street. Hope you have a lovely Easter Alannah. Xx
