Mmm that last stuff you were talking about. My first thought was the green agenda etc! They are drip feeding this stuff into people’s subconscious. Most of what they are saying would be virtually impossible in most of the mainstream lives that we live. I quite fancy some of the things but I am fortunate that I am retired and have plenty of my own space. I think the movement and sitting and standing regularly for strength is a very good one to take away. I think the last two years have made me too cynical about anything that is shown on the box! I am glad I am part of the Abi family great to be able to say anything and everything 👍🏻👍🏻
the NHS even at lowest estimates kills/murders more people every week than nearly 70 million people in the UK manage to do each year ( each one is too much of course ) and gets away with it. the real figures we may never know. its a killing machine
Re: hand gel: I am learning to forage mushrooms (partly for when the wheels fall off the world) and was amazed/appalled to learn that our bodies are so wonderfully made that we can handle poisonous mushrooms without any issue.
Our skin is a great protective barrier.
But if you put hand gel on then the toxins are carried straight into your blood stream. Coincidence that they pushed hand gel during da Covid?
I know the Japanese culture quite well because I sold my knitwear to them for 9yrs.They have always been brought up to appreciate good local food from a young age.It was when the crap takeaway joints ,like McDonald's, started to pop up everywhere that younger people began to get bigger...The French patisserie shops also began to appear in the early 1990's but a lot of people know just to have one pastry or dessert as a real treat.The majority of Japanese still mostly eat fish, good quality meat, white rice, noodles,lots of seaweed and veg all available on the islands.They are taught not to waste food and respect it at primary school
