Having a birthday is exhausting haha!! Seriously, I think we can all understand where you are coming from and a media drop out is needed to be able to recharge. I've felt much the same today, it all seems to collect at the bottom of life's glass sometimes doesn't it...like sediment in a cheap bottle of red😳🤭
