I watched Trump/Harris live and thought - shit, she doesn't sound pissed and is giving Trump a knee to the groin with the full support of the ABC lackies. Boris Johnson also plays the harmless idiot card and it masks his steely ambition and greed. It's the fake empathy that really gets to me because these sociopaths know how to fool people into believing they're for real. Ted Milibland must know he looked a complete twat with his ukulele but he's just showing us that he's enjoying the transfer of wealth and the last vestiges of our independence and beautiful countryside to his totalitarian mates.

The other day, I was in one of the few pubs that are left and a loud, fat bastard paid with his watch and proceded to lecture his audience of two on the importance of business showing they have a social conscious, quoting Miriam Margolyes - you know the fat, farting, foul answer to all of our woes.

Lovely to have you back and your tangents!

Love the ism "bald men arguing over a comb", really made us chuckle 😂

So good to have you back Abi, and you're sounding much stronger and more energic. Antibiotics strip everything from your guts, good and bad. You may want to look at getting yourself some good Bone Broth, it'll boost your immunity. Holland & Barrett sell them if you just wanted to try one out.

Darling Abi, sorry to hear that you have been so sick. Antibiotics, although necessary at times, can really mess with our gut health and general well being, so many side effects. Just catching up with your pod as I am in sunny Lefkada. It is a beautiful island, magnificent coastline and wonderful tavernas with traditional Greek food. I found a beautiful church too. The cemetery next door was a sight to be seen and all the plots were well looked after by relatives of the dead. It would put some of our graveyards to shame.

Yes.You're last article was so well written and summed up lots of good stuff, worth thinking about, as usual.

Glad to hear that you're better after the body's disturbance with antibiotics. They really do upset the natural healing process/immune system.

Antibiotics really do damage you. I have said this before (sorry) but you can really make a difference just eating a lot of natural yoghurt, kefir and if you like it, unpasteurised sauerkraut. kefir etc. You have been through an awful lot - never worry about talking about that. Just "The Covid" alone has had a massive impact on my health and I haven't suffered the grief you have, or the loss of work due to your honesty, nor been arrested!

(I like listening to other people's ailments! I would have been a Dr if I could have coped with the bodily fluids.)

For me..there’s definitely a bang off Manchester event, similar to 9/11 etc. ‘who knows! ‘As my 12yr old nephew says about other planets . I think we’ve been MSM trauma programmed for so long it’s hard to let it go. I always have empathy for anyone who suffers and yet I’m now reserving all my trauma energy & empathy for my local community and family.

Yeah, Good voice to hear.

My Y10 English teacher once pulled my best friend's hair for saying "um" while talking about a book!! It was banned along with "sort of" "kind of" "like" and "basically".

You're right about links within the text. Due to my obsessive (or 'thorough' :-) ) nature, I have to click on every link before moving on. So links at the end are probably better in some ways.
