It hasn’t changed my life I must say😂

As for Coroners getting a bung I think you’ve hit the nail on the head. Coroner’s office rang me with these words “you’re not going to like this”! I had 631 pages of hospital notes I’d requested over Nick’s death and I’ve only got to page 18 and there’s gross negligence. So you’re given 5 days after Coroners report to register a death and off I went with a heavy heart. The Registrar could clearly sense my concern and asked me to relay my thoughts, and he told me I could challenge Coroner. I didn’t know that.. I’d been told Coroners decision was final. The Registrar point blank refused to print the death certificate and so on I fight! I want them to acknowledge he died from medical negligence, he should still be here and I’m not budging. This goddam country is run by a corrupt system, they all cover each others backs. Without the Registrar intervening I would have felt very cheated of the truth.

At a minimum it's weird but most of all this is a money grabbing and self publicity event. Yes, I believe it demeans those who died from lockdown and who will mourn forever what happened to them and their dearest. Shameless money making exercise and I ask, where is the money for this event going???? Will it be donated to the injured and bereaved? And would the bereaved want to accept it considering the manner in which it was raised?
