Katie said on YouTube that she had friends in numerous States in America who helped her arrange the venues for her gigs. She also said that although she had been dismissed from writing her column for a national newspaper she still retained her lifelong journalist pass which got her into America. It was the same pass that got her into Australia although we know how that panned out! I know many people that got into America via Mexico but you had to stay in Mexico for 14 days before entry to America. Not if you were an illegal of course!
I thought she got in via Mexico. I'm sure she said this on Katie's Arms. She knew people who got her in via Mexico.
