Hi Abi. If only Patrick Vallance had slithered away for good. Sadly, Starmer rewarded him by appointing him to government as Minister of State for Science, Research & innovation. Of course, this position should have gone to an MP, but as nobody has ever voted for Vallance for anything the workaround was to make him Lord Vallance of Balham. Set up for life. Lovely “democracy” we have.

I loved Back to Bedlam. Reminds me of a holiday in Crete when I took my personal CD player with me 😂 Great rendition of Wisemen, it always reminds me of Uncle Bryn in Gavin and Stacey singing to himself in the car on the motorway, brilliant.
Calling him a lying cunt in front of 800 people in a Quaker Hall, whilst wearing squeaky leather trousers, is one of the proudest moments of my life. 😁
My 'We the people' book arrived! It's a funny mixed feeling - very happy to have the book but really sad about what I will read in there. I did listen to your first every Pod but I didn't ever read these accounts. I didn't think I could bear it then. x
