What a lovely message.... find the meaning in each day.

Speaking out does work. My daughter got quite upset in class this week as the teacher started promoting vaccines. She stood her ground and told everyone how bad they were. Another child went home and told their mum. The mum contacted me to tell me she shared my views and started a conversation about so many other things. Made my day.

I really try and bring my children up to live without fear or shame. If you can build a rationale argument and be unafraid to present it to others then it’s half the battle. The headteacher agrees with me about greenwashing and discreetly told me he knew a Pfizer exec who was a right twat.

Freedom of expression is so important.

Thanks for sharing your day Abs, glad the voice is better xxx

You’ve instilled it in her Shouty, bravo x

haha - yes! I have non-compliant kids but they probably need to be a little more shouty. Unfortunately though this does backfire on me a bit!

Great to hear your voice in such fine form. Presumably this means that you’re not going to shut your gob up now. Outstanding news!!!!

Resilience is so important. If we can all make the best decisions we can every day, without fear, not compromising an inch with the psychos that hate us, and continue to make fun of them, and constantly seek the truth in all things, then one day when the human race is ready we will unite and federate and this will all seem like a bad dream.

Thanks, Nick. Barring incidents like being in jail/too drunk/high/asleep, I will NOT BE SHUTTING MY GOB, BABY.

Resilience is all we have, and prayer. It's a recurring nightmare the human race seems to forget the next morning, but we are awake in the night and ready. x

A neighbour of mine had 2 vaccines and her mum told me that her daughter (neighbour) had a minor stroke. The neighbour knows I'm anti this mRNA jab so didn't want to tell me herself. She now also has this body overheating problem. That is due to thyroid problems so sounds like your cabbie is the same.

Great pod Ab. Like you I have a passion for a chat with a London cabbie they’re the best !

I would recommend Wayne Cunningham and Jules Serkin for vax injury help I believe they have found various things that certainly work.

Finally β€œresilience” .. I often think we are far more resilient than we could ever have imagined xx

Brilliant woman who knows a lot about natural stuff and interviews a lot of big people in the natural , homeopathic world, natural drs etc all wide awake πŸ™ŒπŸ» . I attended her big Event with Barbara o'Neil ( look her up if you haven't heard of Barbara, amazing naturopath etc) in London couple of weeks ago. Was amazing and learnt alot. Phily has actually starting doing zooms on Thursday evenings with people to discuss what can be done to help people who are suffering with illnesses / jab injured etc. Definitely check her out.

a wonderful poem! When I was a child I used to lie on the floor and stare at the ceiling imagining I was on it - all white, clear and empty. I might start doing that again.

haha - I loved your Olive oil sun bathing rant. But honestly that is not as bad as you think. I used to think it was but the Greeks do use it traditionally in the sun and so long as you are not going to burn it is very good for you to sunbathe using this. Not baby oil tho.

I used to work and live in Greece and pretty fast you can get to the point that you won't burn even in midday sun (if you want to) at which point olive oil is actually a good idea (Greeks can get there in a couple of days) . It's interesting that everyone has their max brown-ness after which they won't burn or go darker, even tho it might just be a light golden colour. I am a little bit of a tanologist.
