Hope Charlie boy got rid of that big old weed on the patio 😂 I love a bit of power hosing,it addictive. I did all the front of my mums house last summer, it looked brand new.....completely fucked my wrists for a bit though😩

The sun was out in Scotland today wahey. I sat outside for a bit and managed to burn my legs....I never burn 🤷🏻‍♀️the chances are that today was our summer.....there will be a load of pink Scots roaming about tomorrow Xx

Your podcast has so quickly become the highlight of my day. I save it for bed time and a pot of mint tea and always feel cheered and inspired. So glad you're back.

I would never want a cold shower! It would be too much of a shock to the body.

You will really appreciate a clean patio for the summer and your bushes trimmed!

I am trying to spend less time on social media, it is so divisive. I should be making better use of my time for my well-being.

London Calling ......I just cannot listen to this any more, Toby Young raises my blood pressure. James is so calm😂

Great pod today Abs,

There’s so many Aristotle quotes that I love , from love, anger to friendship.

‘A friend to all is a friend to none ‘is a particular favourite and I 💯agree with it.

I am put in mind of a particularly fine ditty penned by those Python boys many years ago, regarding the proclivities of those of a philosophical 'bent' for a drop of the hard stuff:

'John Stuart Mill, of his own free will,

On half a pint of shandy was particularly ill,

Plato, they say, could stick it away,

Half a crate of whisky every day.

Aristotle, Aristotle, was a bugger for the bottle

And Hobbes was fond of his dram.

And Rene Descartes was a drunken fart

"I drink, therefore I am"

I am clearly not reading enough .. though I did lay in the sun for 4 hours with a free mind today, bliss. Perfectly blue sky with no little planes flying in parallel lines making criss cross patterns, then cloud within the hour. What’s that all about ? So inspired with Greek tales I made a Greek salad this evening . Happy to get my invitation today I cannot wait to meet you all love Suzanne x 🤍

Charlie sounds great ! A runaway from 60 minute makeover?! Anyone round my way makes at least a week out of any outside work..

I’ve been so busy (with work 🥱) that I haven’t caught up on TG and pods much. Getting round to it slowly.

Great to have you back Abs. I’m so glad you enjoyed your hols.

Has anyone ever read a book called Sophie’s world by jostein gaarder? It envelops philosophy into a story about a girl trying to work out the meaning of life. Interesting. Not the easiest book I’ve ever read but I ended up discounting Darwin’s theory of evolution after I’d read it.
