Omg talking about Rainbow and Rod, Jane & Freddy has brought back lovely childhood memeories for me.. i loved them. I remember seeing them live at the palace theatre in southend when i was about 5 / 6 yrs old. Your rainbow impressions are hilarious especially Zippy saying cunt!! I read "One day in the life of Ivan Denisovich" a few years ago. Found it hard work tbh (no pun intended) but it has stayed with me perhaps more than any other book.

I'm a fan of your impressions and also do a mean zippy. I started, as a child, with Harold Steptoe, and who knew how the 'dirty old man' saying would turn out to be so accurate. People who can push back against the system, and make others laugh, are gold dust - so I'm a fan.
I watch Miri and appreciate a lot of what she does, although I'm not sure how much of a laugh she'd be on a night out. Always reminds me of c.g.i. for some reason.
