Yay.... She’s back!

The NHS is most definitely NOT my friend at the moment for reasons I’m not publicly going to disclose.

Hunter wellies, I’ve a bright green pair that I bought 11 years ago, still in box and never worn😁.

So sick of the Flozza, GB spews blah, blah, it’s so fucking boring.

Wishing Lisa a happy birthday (again) and also to your nephew Zach🥰.

I’ve ran out of things to write so have a great weekend everyone.

Welcome back!

A nice surprise when the pod dropped, great company whilst I peeled potatoes and made the tea.

That’s good news about your Dr. Mr J spoke to someone this morning who was asking all sorts of questions about everything, let’s hope the tide is turning 🤞

The penny dropped as to why The Rubes didn’t get over excited when you arrived at ours is that he’s heard your voice most days for a year and a half! But he didn’t half jump out of his bed when he heard you mention his name on the Pod tonight, he went to the door 😂❤️🐕

Hang in there my lovelies and have a great weekend all xx

thank you for posting about doctor. it shows how important to keep going. glad you are feeling better an not doing the pod for a few days was a very important way of doing the pod imo. aka showing the importance of rest. i have fallen for several things during these past years an use the experience to be switched on better going forward an where to spend energy an where not to waste it. I think its normal an healthy. the piece of music was lovely an very enhanced by human vocal humming along side it. I really enjoyed it

hope stress levels come down for you. mainlining cortisol isn't funny. happy birthday wishes to Lisa an to zach.

scotish photos beautiful people an lovely 🐕

nice weekend to all 💫

Love the two young guys in big short that bet against the markets and when the investment guys go to the area where the sub prime clients are and they are like empty houses that have foreclosed. Like a real house of cards. Miri does a good peace on fox and interesting that the police who ransacked his house were referred to as “people dressed as police officers”. As you say theatre.

So good to hear you Abi sorry you are still struggling with the lurgy, when i was at work i used to find i was always ill when i had any holiday leave when i relaxed i seemed to detox, stress is so bad for the immune system i have had many epsom salt and CBD baths over the last 3 & half years they’re great, really pissed off cos i cant have those relaxing soaks cos of my wound😔

I went to see an alternative therapist last year and he did a bioresenance scan and he told me he thought my cancer was because of stress. there is a program for hypertension on the rife machine. When we were kids my late nan swore by blackberry vinegar that she made she had bottles of the stuff just wish i had the recipe, i will have a dig around in some of the boxes of my mums stuff to see if she had written it down i know there is a recipe book of wines my great grandad used to make.

Great to hear what the Dr had said, we just have to keep on keeping on at them one at a time. I had 10 clinic/ hospital appointments last week( fucking wore me out) and each time i make sure something is mentioned re the shitshow......they know!

In the space of an hour on Monday we saw( and not in a clinical setting) an old school pal in a wheelchair mid 50’s looks like they had a stroke, then 2 young people with bells palsy i said to my hubbie this is not fucking normal.

Thankyou so much for singing Happy Birthday especially as you are clearly struggling, made my day😘.

Got a decision to make about my future treatment( which i should have started last week)its doing my head in boy my head has been blown this week🤯

Hope everyone has a great weekend and hope you get rid of that lurgy Abi😘xxxxx

P.s I buy my supplements from Clive de Carle now, but I've noticed that everything in Holland and Barrett has gone up double the price. That shows that Big Pharma(who are behind most of their supplements) know that the vitamins and minerals market is starting to get really big....

Abi*, you probably already do, but do ensure that you take your own blood pressure and heart rate to get a true measure and do it several times a day. I took to doing this during pregnancies because going to Dr surgery always shot my heart rate up to 120 (usually 60) and my blood pressure through the roof- so I never got a true reading there. And even at home I used to get nervous doing it in case it was high, so I had to do it regularly to desensitise myself to the process and then it just came way down as I stopped being nervous about it. Also, make sure you add magnesium citrate (must be cirtrate) and Niacin to your vitamins . Take the Mg before bed. xxx

*(I just had the strange urge to call you "honeybunch" ?!)

Great to have you back Abi.Lovely holiday photos too.

The dangers of the mRNA vaccines are really getting out there now.I went for a Specsavers eye test and the optometrist (a nice Muslim man) asked if there had been any problems.I answered, " No, I don't think so and I haven't had any of the mRNA vaccines either ".He smiled and said, " That's very good news". I left there with him saying that my prescription hadn't changed hardly over the last 3yrs and that I was taking good care of my eyes.

I gather that quite a lot of the Muslim community refused these jabs anyway...?Many of our local Muslim taxi drivers are on our wavelength about it all too.

Yay she's back! Interesting moment with ur dr. I gasped when you said he isn't getting the flu jab... bet he has no issue giving the flu jabs tho... kerching kerching! Xx

The Big Short is indeed a good film and didn't it expose the regulator's complicity?

Adding to my offer of a flu/Covid jab, the NHS texted me a link to send my blood pressure readings. My blood pressure increases at being asked to do everything by remote control. People seem to accept control over every aspect of our lives. For instance, I'm moving from Essex to rural Suffolk (where a massive building programme is blighting most villages) and the estate agent, selling my house, whipped a camera out in order to identify me using biometrics. When I told her no, she took a photo of my passport picture - what the fuck! My solicitor wanted me to justify every deposit into my bank under the auspices of 'Money Laundering.' Fucking hell the banks have been laundering money for years. Woops - better not take my blood pressure now.

Two drops of the chilli tincture each day, or a teaspoon of the hawthorn tincture.

5 drops of the chilli in someone cheek every 5 mins should stop a stroke or heart attack by busting the blood clots.

Only works on pre- 2021 old school style heart attack or strokes. The “new ones” the blood clots don’t seem to be made of blood.

Chilli and hawthorn will regulate your blood pressure:

Buy some organic chilli flakes, put 2/5 in a clip top jar, fill up with spirit of choice (e.g.vodka). Wait six weeks. (If you’d like some now, we have sone at the PHA Hub in Coventry (£4).

Gather some hawthorn berries now, do same thing as above but traditionally with brandy. Hawthorn genuinely repairs your heart as well. Great Christmas present for anyone you love who might have decided to take experimental medicine and damaged their heart.

My goodness so happy you’re back it’s been a long week without these pods - I’ve been on Mark Steyn to keep me going 😊. Hope you’re better soon. Also I watched 8 episodes of The Chosen season 1 on Netflix and it’s superb and now I can’t find season 2. Help xx
