Regarding mice - get yourself an electric trap. Moved into my present house 3 years ago - we have serious mouse problems here and I’ve tried them all. Poison, spring traps, electric deterrents, sticky traps, the lot. These are the best. I drop a peanut in the bottom and when it catches it you just tip it out into the bin. Cheers 🍻 from Canada
