Suzanne, I listened to JD’s podcast with Tania this afternoon, it was excellent. I always feel guilty if I put time aside for myself like that and spend 1hr 20mins just doing something for me. I will listen to Dr David Cartland another day x

Re the weather in the UK. We never get a dry heat or a dry cold. That is why we are drenched in sweat in semi warm weather & the same with cold weather. The air in our climate is moisture heavy all year round. It is impossible to live comfortably all year round in that environment. We just have to put up with it. Move a few degrees north or south & it's much easier to build houses & infrastructure as the weather is far more predictable.

How handy - I have almost exactly 30 mins more of work to do and am very bored
