Lots of hot water with honey,lemon and fresh ginger. And my mum use to say a gargle with warm salty water couple times a day.

Take it easy Abi, your body has excellent ways of telling you when you're over stressed. That jail time and surrounding shoite has got to have taken a toll. R&R, good food, lots of Columbo and quality sleep.

PS If it’s a cold, get yourself a packet of probiotics from the link below ASAP and procreate those beautiful, beneficial gut bacteria if you can and/or a homemade non-dairy kefir milk. (The latter a long shot. Just saying, in case you have a friend locally who makes it. 😘 )

Thyme leaves steeped in water is a natural expectorant tea.

Honey and lemon ferment in the gut, so best to avoid those.

Avoid dairy, mushrooms, eat only raspberries, blackberries, blueberries if you feel the need need fruit (this is a mega-super condensed version of the healing plan for you for this week to keep it simple .. in case you’re interested xx) .. eat plenty of organic vegetables, stick with olive oil as an added fat for dressings, rice vinegar rather than apple cider, (avocados are fab!) and - (apologies I don’t know your diet) well sourced fish, organic/pasture fed etc meat over anything factory farmed. If you’re vegan, plenty of beans and legumes is fine.

If it were close by I’d bring it all round to you with some homemade kefir milk!

Look forward to your pods when you are feeling better Abi, I remember you saying last week about an uplifting film Trains planes & Automobiles its one of my favourites I still crack up at the car going the wrong way & John Candy using all the towels let's face it we need to laugh as much as we can living in this shit hole full of lies & deception, another good John candy film makes me laugh is Uncle Buck x
