We Won't Forget

At the going down of the sun, and in our mourning.

Today was Remembrance Sunday, and everywhere I looked I saw oh-so-sad politicians wearing the traditional black of those who grieve. With the tiny splash of red, representing the blood spilled defending these shores against those that would do us harm.

No amount of satire could do justice to the gut-churning irony on display.

As they wiped another reptilian tear away from their craven faces, to say that angry bile rose in my gullet, is an understatement.

For the last two and half years, all the politicians you saw today have gleefully pushed the most disgusting, immoral policies these shores have ever witnessed. They have not only voted to trample on your humanity, they have also championed demonic fascists like Trudeau, Ardern and Biden, who have also destroyed their own populations with heinous displays of psychopathy. Make no mistake, the leaders on display are collaborators in a tyrannical global project, the likes of which we have only seen in singular countries under the likes of Stalin, Hitler, and Mussolini.

All the unspeakable bastards you saw on show today, from Blackford to Cameron to Blair, thought it was morally acceptable: to allow human beings to die alone, dehydrated, in filthy sheets; make women give birth wearing a mask so they were unable to breathe; force Midazolam into the elderly; terrify children so much that they took their own lives; coerce an experimental mRNA gene therapy into the arms of millions, including children, calling people ‘selfish’ or ‘dangerous if they refused; shut down pubs, clubs, gyms, restaurants, bars and other businesses for two years, so that thousands lost everything they had, and told everyone to fear a ‘deadly’ virus that is very far from deadly, as their own behaviour so very clearly demonstrated.

As I’ve said before, the crimes committed are off the fucking charts.

Today was a ceremony that sees public mourning for those who fought for their country, and remembers those who have died in foreign fields. Millions across the country were not permitted to mourn in this way for nearly two years, as church doors closed, and masked vicars, clutching hand-sanitiser, separated grieving families. That’s ok though, because it was all for the greater good.

Once more we see the same largely conservative commentators coo-ing over the pomp and ceremony on display, and spitting with rage that Albanians should dare to drape their flag over the statue of Winston Churchill in Parliament Square. Churchill, the man who defeated Hitler, and pushed back fascism. Fascism that relied on the othering, segregation and punishment of certain groups of people. Sound familiar? The regime that, like Stalinism, saw the very darkest part of the human heart give in to temptation, as if listening to some evil creature whispering in their ears.

That evil creature is awake once more. He is bigger, and hungrier this time, and will whisper in your ear, and tempt you with his kingdom. The politicians you saw in expensive black suits today have already accepted his offer of wealth and power.

They will all say that they had no choice.

That is a lie. There is always, always a choice.

And the rewards are unending.
