Yay! Abs you answered my question 😃
I asked about your education because my daughter has just got a scholarship to a private school. I haven’t got a pot to piss in so will be interesting to see how that works out.
Fascinating answer. The people you were surrounded by as a child sound wonderful.
I met you in London. I got a hug at the bar and met Tania. She was brilliant, I got a ‘motherland’ vibe from her. She really was funny and very beautiful but so are you. Xx
My eldest son got a scholarship to a public school in London at 11 years of age. Every parent at the school seemed to be wealthy. One boy in my son’s form was dropped off at school each day in a Rolls Royce by the chauffeur. However, none of this fazed my son and he thrived at this school. I’m sure your daughter will be fine. It’s a great achievement to get a scholarship, I wish her well.
Awww thanks for replying Jan. That has really put my mind at rest. The school keep sending lovely letters and handwritten Christmas cards. I know I’ve made the right choice. My daughter did really well to get the best scholarship. The maths tutor I used to help is fully awake and we have some great chats after the lessons. The 11+ tutor stopped my daughter going because I refused to LFT. Bitch.
I have to counter the shit they watch on Roblox and YouTube with some proper education.
I was worried about trying to keep up with the Jones’s but I think it’ll be ok. I’m also worried about them being too sheltered from reality.
I’m so glad your son thrived and wasn’t over awed by the wealth. What does he do now?
Hi, don’t have any worries, you are giving your daughter the best chance in life. Your daughter will not be sheltered from reality. As well as a great education she will be taught that good manners are important and how to treat people regardless of how poor or wealthy they are.
Yes, life is so much harder now keeping kids on track with social media and all the woke bs.
My son Mark now works for a PR company in London. He has worked his way up in that industry and been headhunted several times. He know runs an account for a leading retailer organising all their advertising and promotions. Lots of perks with his job too, he has been to Monaco as a guest of the F1 Red Bill team and lots more.
Your daughter can be anything she wants to be x
Red Bull! Don’t you just hate this predictive text 😂
