I so agree, the horrors the men who were sent to war had to endure are something we will never know - how can we. We were not there. They did not know what they were going into and were made to feel as if they had no choice, as if it was cowardly to refuse. They did it, they sacrificed, they proved their mettle. God be with each of their brave souls. 🙏
